Accreditation

Management systems certification

ICMQ is an Accredia-recognised body for the certification of management systems for quality, environmental standards and health and safety at work.
It is also accredited by Ispra (Higher institute for environmental protection and research) for the testing and analysis of environment and environmental management and the validation of environmental declarations for EMAS registration (Eco management and audit system).
Lastly, it carries out checks on the reporting of greenhouse gas emissions (Emission trading), in accordance with the authorisation granted by the Ministry of the Environment and the Protection of Land and Sea.

Product certification

ICMQ is a body listed by the ministers of the European Community (no. 1305) for the purposes of granting the EC brand for construction products, in compliance with European directive 89/106/CEE.
ICMQ is licensed by the Board of Public Works (decree 28/06/06) to certify industrial concrete production plants in accordance with Ministerial decree 14/01/2008.
It is authorised by Accredia for the voluntary certification of a series of products for the construction industry (registration no. 011B) and for the checking and validation of Environmental Product Declarations - EPD - (registration no. 002H).

Inspections and testing

ICMQ is an independent third party inspection body (type A) recognised by Accredia (registration no. 007/E) in accordance with UNI CEI EN ISO 17020 standard, and carries out checking and validation for plans and technical testing for constructions.
It is also authorised by the Ministry of Economic Development to carry out tests on equipment for the undergrounding of electricity cables, as stipulated in presidential decree 462/01.

Certification of professionals

ICMQ is a certification body licensed by Accredia (registration number 084/C) in accordance with UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17024:2012 for the following professional figures: experts in energy management, specialists in activities involving systems and equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases, building surveyors, apartment block administrators, welders, brazers and solderers.
